I compared your version of the poem to the one in my BIIIIIIG Ogden Nash book [which has everything BUT "Heil, Heilege Nacht"], and found the last four lines in error. The lines are actually:
**************
And when their orgy at last abates,
They go to the bathroom on roller skates.
I might love the people upstairs wondrous
If instead of above us, they just lived under us.

Hec's comments in 2002 are correct about the actual last 4 lines of this poem. Nash was an excellent satirist!
**************
And when their orgy at last abates,
They go to the bathroom on roller skates.
I might love the people upstairs wondrous
If instead of above us, they just lived under us.
